Twenty years ago, in 2006, a vision took physical form — with the blessings of Shri Narayan Das ji Maharaj Shri, SNV International School came into being. What began as a dream over the two decades has grown into a living institution shaped by the aspirations, efforts and experiences of countless people who have been a part of the SNV family.
The heart of this journey has always been one simple and yet profound belief: that society can be shaped through young minds. This belief continues to guide our school’s motto – “Overall development of the child in a stress free environment” and vision – “is of future through education, value and skills” — to provide an environment where young minds are not merely taught, but truly shaped, to become thoughtful, capable, and compassionate individuals ready to meet the world.
Such a belief, however, cannot be realised overnight. It takes years of patience, consistent effort to witness real transformation — and it is this patience that has defined our approach at every step. As teaching methodologies have evolved over the years, so have we, adapting and growing while holding firmly to the principles on which this school was founded. We remain committed, today as much as ever, to honouring that original mission and vision.
Looking back, these twenty years have been a journey — one made up of countless experiences, proud achievements, valuable lessons, and yes, setbacks too. Each of these has, in its own way, shaped not just our students but all of us who have walked this path together. Every student, every teacher, every member of our staff and every parent who has walked alongside us has contributed a significant chapter to the story of SNV.
This evolution will always remain, a continuous process as SNV enters its next chapter, our commitment remains as strong as it was on the day we began — to nurture young minds, to inspire young hearts and to prepare young people not only to face the world, but to make it a better place.
SNV has always aspired to be a harbinger of this change — a place where we see our students learn, lead, and inspire. That aspiration remains as true today as it was in 2006, and it is with pride and gratitude that we look forward to the years ahead.
